iFunny - cool memes & videos
How does the built-in meme editor work in iFunny?
The app includes a basic meme editor that lets you create your own memes by adding text or images. It's simple to use—just select a template or upload your own photo, then share your creation in the comments or feed. It's not as advanced as standalone editors, but it gets the job done for quick laughs.
Can I save memes to watch later in iFunny?
Yes, iFunny has a bookmark feature that lets you save memes and videos to view later. You can easily tap the bookmark icon on any post, and your saved content will be stored in a dedicated section. This is perfect for collecting funny moments to share with friends when they need cheering up.
Why are there so many ads in iFunny, and can I remove them?
Ads appear frequently—roughly every three posts—and sometimes autoplay videos with sound, which can be disruptive. The app is free to use, so ads support the service, but you can reduce them by upgrading to iFunny Premium, which removes ads and offers additional features.
How do I report offensive or inappropriate content on iFunny?
You can report a post by tapping the three-dot menu on it and selecting 'Report.' However, the review notes that moderation can be slow, and some offensive content may remain visible. For faster action, you can also block the user who posted it to avoid seeing their content again.
How does iFunny compare to other meme apps like 9GAG or Reddit?
iFunny offers a similar endless scroll of memes and videos, but its interface feels more dated and cluttered compared to 9GAG's cleaner design. Unlike Reddit, which has stricter moderation and diverse communities, iFunny's content quality varies widely and its comment sections can be toxic. However, iFunny's free, ad-supported model and built-in meme editor make it a decent choice if you want quick laughs without paying.
