But the crash issues and audio sync problems suggest they need a better QA cycle, especially on newer iPhones. I haven’t contacted support, so I can’t speak to their responsiveness. Looking at other reviews, I see mixed reports: some people praise the live stream stability, others complain about login errors and random crashes. That tracks with my experience. The developer should invest in a bug bounty program or at least a public feedback board. Also, the app’s interface could benefit from better accessibility options—the text size is fixed, and I imagine that’s a problem for some users. For a company this size, I expect polish, and while the app is decent, it’s not premium yet.
