I haven’t actually contacted support myself because the app worked fine for me from day one. No crashes, no bugs, nothing weird. But I did peek at the App Store reviews to see if people were complaining, and honestly, the developer seems pretty active. I saw a few reviews mentioning issues with widget sizes not fitting right, and the developer replied to almost every single one within a day or two with troubleshooting steps or saying they’d fix it in an update. That makes me feel better knowing if I ever do run into a problem, someone’s actually listening. Privacy Verdict

This was actually something I checked before downloading because I’m weird about apps that want too much access. Themepack asks for access to your photos if you want to use custom images for widgets, but you can say no and still use everything else. It also doesn’t need your location unless you want weather widgets that auto-update. The privacy policy is written in semi-normal English, not crazy lawyer speak. They say they don’t sell your data, which is what every app says, but at least they’re upfront about collecting basic analytics stuff to improve the app. I’ve had no suspicious battery drain or weird data usage. Feels safe enough for a customization app.
