A vague email and no real resolution feels like a chatbot, not a real person. The app itself doesn’t crash often, but when it does, you’re left hanging. I appreciate that there’s no aggressive push to buy coins or watch ads—that’s rare. But I wish they had a FAQ or a community forum on their site where users can share tips or report issues. Right now, it feels like a one-way street. For $3.49, I don’t expect white-glove service, but a same-day reply with steps to fix a freeze wouldn’t be too much to ask. If the developer is reading this, please add a reset button for individual puzzles.

Since this app works fully offline, I don’t worry about it tracking my location or selling my data. It doesn’t ask for any permissions beyond the basics, no account sign-up required. I checked the privacy policy—what little there is—and it says they don’t collect personal info. That’s a big green flag for me. I’m not handing over my email or phone number just to play Sudoku.
