I actually had a small issue with the app last week. The daily challenge wasn’t refreshing on Thursday morning. It kept showing the same one from Wednesday. I contacted support through the app’s help menu. It took a few days to hear back, which was a little frustrating. I think they got back to me on Saturday afternoon. But the person who replied was very polite and told me to just restart the phone and update the app. It worked. I wish they had replied faster, but I can’t say they were rude or unhelpful. The app also seems to update regularly. I’ve seen two updates in the past two weeks, which suggests the developers are still working on it. That’s a good sign.

Data & Privacy

I’m not very technical, but I do worry about what apps collect on me. I read through the privacy policy as best I could. It seems like they collect some basic info like your device type and how you play the games. Nothing too scary like your address or contacts. The app asks for permission to access your storage, but I think that’s just to save your game progress. I feel comfortable enough using it. If you’re really worried, you can play without making an account, which is what I do. I didn’t sign up for anything, and I don’t have to give them my email or phone number. That puts my mind at ease.
