First Impression
The app presents a polished icon, but the initial experience is marred by a confusing and poorly organized home screen. New users may find it difficult to locate where to start a project, as menus can feel unresponsive and the tutorial relies on static images that offer limited guidance. The overall first impression is one of disorganization and a lack of clear direction.
What It Does Well
Despite the onboarding challenges, the core concept has merit. The ability to map out multi-step processes in a visual, block-based format is a genuinely useful feature. Once users familiarize themselves with the interface, dragging and dropping action blocks can become intuitive. Additionally, the export function works reliably—exporting diagrams as PNG files is straightforward and does not corrupt the image, making it suitable for presentations.
Where It Falls Short
The app suffers from notable stability issues. Users may experience unexpected crashes that result in lost work, as the app does not reliably autosave. The interface also requires improvement: buttons sometimes fail to register taps, and editing text within blocks can be problematic, with cursor jumping and keyboard overlap issues. These problems can turn simple tasks into time-consuming frustrations.
Is It Worth the Price?
The app is free, which is a significant consideration given its current limitations. If a price were attached, the value proposition would be questionable, as the time spent navigating bugs and recovering lost progress can outweigh any benefits. The app heavily promotes a “Pro” upgrade for advanced templates and cloud sync, but based on the basic functionality, users may hesitate to invest in additional features when core stability is lacking.
Developer & Support
Support options are somewhat hidden within a “Legal & Support” menu. Users who submit feedback may find that responses are slow or unhelpful, which can add to the overall sense of an unfinished product.
