The order tracking works fine on my phone. Nothing fancy, but it shows when the driver is close. I also appreciate that my card info isn’t stored unless I want it to be. That gives me peace of mind. The menu is laid out simple enough. Big pictures, big text, clear prices. My old eyes don’t have to squint. They even let you choose between pickup and delivery. I always do delivery because my knees aren’t what they used to be.

What Needs Work

Honestly, the app could use a little cleanup. Sometimes the “add to cart” button is too close to the “customize” button and I’ve accidentally ordered extra sauce I didn’t want. There’s no quick way to remove an item without going back to the menu. Also, the search function isn’t great. I typed “sirloin” and it showed me burgers first. That confused me. And I wish they had a favorites list. I order the same thing almost every time. Having to scroll through the whole menu again is a bit of a chore. The app works fine for a retiree like me, but I can see younger folks getting annoyed by the small hiccups.

Pricing

The app is free to download, which is nice. The steaks themselves aren’t cheap, but they’re good quality. Comparable to what I’d pay at a butcher counter. I spent about $38 on two New York strips with sides and delivery. For restaurant quality at home, that feels fair. No hidden fees popped up during checkout, which I appreciated. Just the price, tax, and a delivery fee that was clearly listed. They have a loyalty program that gives you points. I haven’t earned enough to use it yet, but it seems straightforward. No confusing math or expiring points after a week.

Developer Notes

I haven’t contacted support because everything worked fine for me. But I did read through the app store reviews before downloading. The developer, Sa Hoang, seems responsive to complaints. I saw a few replies thanking users for feedback and promising fixes. That’s more than I can say for some big company apps. The app got updated a week after I installed it, which fixed a small loading issue I had noticed. So they’re paying attention. That counts for something in my book.

Security & Privacy

I’m careful about where I enter my credit card info. This app uses standard checkout security—I saw the little lock icon in the browser window when I paid. They don’t ask for anything weird like access to my contacts or photos. Just my name, address, and payment details. The privacy policy was short enough for me to actually read. They say they don’t sell your data. I’ll take that at face value for now. No app is perfect, but this one felt safe for a simple steak order.
