Galaxy Defense: Fortress TD
What kind of towers and upgrades are available in Galaxy Defense: Fortress TD?
The game offers a wide variety of towers, like slow-firing ion cannons and rapid-fire lasers, each with upgrade paths that transform them into more powerful versions. Experimenting with different combinations is key, as you'll need to adapt your strategy to beat tougher levels like the lava planet.
Does the game have daily challenges or other modes for quick play sessions?
Yes, there are daily challenges that are perfect for a 15-minute break, and they often reward you with enough resources to keep progressing without spending money. These challenges are a great way to earn extra gems and test your skills in a short, focused session.
Why does the game ask for permission to make and manage phone calls, and is it safe to deny?
That permission request is a red flag, but you can safely deny it and the game will still run fine. It's likely an outdated or unnecessary permission from the developer, so just deny it and enjoy the game without worry.
I keep getting kicked out of the game when my internet drops. Is there a fix for this?
Unfortunately, the game requires an always-online connection even for single-player campaigns, so a lost connection will boot you to the main menu and lose your progress. The only workaround is to ensure you have a stable internet connection before starting a level.
How does Galaxy Defense compare to other popular tower defense games like Bloons TD 6?
Galaxy Defense offers a similar mix of strategic tower placement and upgrade paths, but it has a more aggressive monetization model with frequent pop-ups for special offers. Unlike Bloons TD 6, which allows offline play, Galaxy Defense requires an internet connection, which can be frustrating during a campaign.
