Dragons of Atlantis
How do dragon breeding and battles work in Dragons of Atlantis?
You hatch dragons from eggs, then feed and level them up to assign them jobs like defending your city or attacking monster camps. Sending your dragon out to scout or fight feels very satisfying, and you can even name them, like naming your first fire dragon Ember.
What are Alliances and Dragon Sieges in the game?
Alliances are player groups where you can chat, share resources, and plan attacks together. Dragon Sieges are weekly events where entire Alliances fight for control of special territories, making for chaotic and fun large-scale battles.
Why do building upgrades take so long, and can I speed them up without paying?
After about a week, upgrades can take 8 to 24 hours or more. You can speed them up using Gems, which are mostly earned through in-app purchases, but you can also earn a few free Gems slowly through events and achievements if you have a lot of patience.
Is the in-game chat safe for kids to read?
The Alliance chat can get intense with arguments and language that many parents would find inappropriate for children. While you can ignore it as an adult, it's a good idea to supervise younger players or disable chat if possible.
How does Dragons of Atlantis compare to other dragon-themed mobile games like Dragon City?
Unlike Dragon City's simpler breeding and battling, Dragons of Atlantis focuses more on city building, resource management, and large-scale Alliance warfare. It also has a more realistic, non-cartoony art style and a deeper strategic layer that demands more time and attention.
