Dad Jokes - Puns & Corny Jokes
What kind of jokes does the app include, and can I search by category?
The app has a huge library of dad jokes organized by categories like food, animals, and travel. You can browse these themes to find jokes for any situation, or use the handy 'Random Joke' button for a daily pun.
Is there a way to save my favorite jokes or share them with friends?
Yes, you can save any joke to your 'Favorites' list for later use. Sharing is also seamless—the app formats jokes nicely for sending via text or social media, so you can easily spread the groans.
The app seems to freeze when I try to load a joke. What should I do?
First, make sure your app is updated to the latest version from your device's app store. If the issue persists, try closing the app completely and reopening it, or restart your phone to clear any temporary glitches.
Why are some jokes not showing up in the category I selected?
This can happen if your internet connection is weak, as the app loads jokes from its online library. Try switching to a stronger Wi-Fi or mobile data connection, then pull down to refresh the category list.
How does Dad Jokes compare to other joke apps like 'Pun Generator'?
While 'Pun Generator' focuses on creating puns from keywords, Dad Jokes offers a curated, categorized library of classic and corny jokes. It also excels in social sharing and has a cleaner interface designed for quick, on-the-go humor.
