Autobell Car Wash
Can I see how busy a location is before I go?
Yes, the app shows real-time wait times for each Autobell location. You can check which one has the shortest line and head there instead, which can save you a lot of time.
How does the digital rewards card work?
The app includes a digital rewards card that automatically tracks each wash you buy. After a set number of washes, you earn a free one, and you never have to worry about losing a paper punch card.
What should I do if the QR code doesn't scan at the entrance?
First, make sure your screen brightness is turned up, and hold the code flat toward the scanner. If it still doesn't work, try closing and reopening the app to refresh the code, or ask an attendant for help—they can manually enter your code.
Why can't I find my saved payment method when I try to pay?
This usually happens if you've recently updated the app or switched phones. Go to your account settings and re-save your card details. If the issue continues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app to sync your account.
How does Autobell's app compare to other car wash apps like Mister?
Autobell's app is simpler and more focused—it just lets you pick a location, choose a wash, and pay with no extra clutter. While Mister's app also offers location features, Autobell's wait-time display and seamless QR code entry make it faster for drivers who want to get in and out.
