You can set price alerts by navigating to the watchlist, selecting a stock or commodity, and tapping the alert icon. The process takes a few extra taps compared to some apps, but the alerts are reliable and can notify you faster than other sources.

Real-time data for major US markets is accurate, but you may notice a 15-20 second delay on smaller international markets. This is acceptable for a free app but not ideal for day trading foreign assets.

The app can stutter or freeze, especially when switching tabs quickly or using complex chart overlays, even on powerful devices like the OnePlus 11. Clearing the cache may help, but the issue often persists due to performance optimization problems.

This is a known bug where alerts sometimes fail to trigger notifications. As a workaround, double-check that your phone's notification settings allow Trading Legend alerts, and consider restarting the app after setting each alert to improve reliability.

Trading Legend's charting tools are advertised as advanced but feel basic compared to TradingView's free version. Drawing trend lines is clunky, and indicators lag with heavy data, so TradingView is a better choice for serious technical analysis.
