The break-in alert snaps a photo of anyone who enters the wrong PIN and sends it to your email. It's automatically enabled once you set up your vault, so you'll get a grainy picture of anyone trying to access your private photos without permission.
I imported a bunch of videos and now they seem lost from my camera roll—where did they go?
When you import photos or videos into Keepsafe, they are removed from your main camera roll and stored securely inside the vault. If you can't find a photo, just open the Keepsafe app and check your albums—it's likely there, not lost.
Why does Keepsafe take a while to process when I import multiple videos at once?
Importing several large video files at once requires processing time to encrypt and move them into the vault. This is normal—just wait a minute for the import to finish, and once inside, scrolling through them will be smooth and lag-free.
