How does the layer system work in Pixel Flow!?
The layer system is designed to be beginner-friendly. You can sketch on one layer and color on another, so if you mess up the colors, your original sketch stays safe and untouched.
Does Pixel Flow! have an animation feature?
Yes, it includes a simple animation tool that lets you create frame-by-frame animations. It shows a ghost image of the previous frame to help you line things up, making it easy to animate things like a wagging tail.
My custom color palette won't save after I close the app. What can I do?
This is a known bug for some users. For now, try taking a screenshot of your custom palette as a backup, and report the issue through the app's contact form with your device details so the team can look into it.
The undo/redo button is too small and I keep hitting the wrong tool. Is there a fix?
Unfortunately, there's no way to resize the undo/redo button yet. As a workaround, try using a stylus or tapping more carefully in the top corner until the developer adds an option to customize button placement.
How does Pixel Flow! compare to other art apps like Procreate Pocket?
Pixel Flow! is much more beginner-friendly and free, while Procreate Pocket costs money and has a steeper learning curve. However, Procreate Pocket offers more advanced features and better customer support if you run into issues.
