My Perfect Hotel
How do the search filters work in My Perfect Hotel?
The search filters are highly reliable—you can check boxes for specific amenities like 'free breakfast' or 'indoor pool' and only see results that actually include both. This avoids the common issue of irrelevant listings that plague other hotel apps.
Does My Perfect Hotel show a map view of nearby restaurants and gas stations?
Yes, the app includes a quick map view that displays nearby restaurants and gas stations alongside hotel listings. This is especially helpful when you're traveling with kids and need to find food or fuel quickly.
What should I do if I accidentally make a reservation in My Perfect Hotel?
You can contact support through the app's help form to request a cancellation. However, be aware that response times can be slow—one user reported waiting four days for a reply—so it's best to double-check before confirming a booking.
Why does the map in My Perfect Hotel sometimes show hotels in the wrong location?
A minor bug can cause a hotel to be pinned off by about a block on the map, which might be confusing in an unfamiliar area. To avoid issues, double-check the hotel's address in the listing details before relying solely on the map pin.
How does My Perfect Hotel compare to other hotel booking apps in terms of pricing?
Unlike many competitors that tack on hidden service fees, My Perfect Hotel shows prices that match the hotel's own website, with no surprise charges at checkout. The app is also free with no premium subscription, making it a budget-friendly alternative to apps that charge extra.
