Monkey Mart
How does Monkey Mart's Local Store Hub work?
The Local Store Hub lists nearby smaller shops and markets—like corner fruit stands, discount bakeries, and family-owned butchers—showing their prices side-by-side. This lets you compare deals and see real-time stock without physically visiting each store.
What is the Smart Lists feature and how can it save me money?
Smart Lists lets you save your usual grocery items, and then the app automatically notifies you when one of your local stores puts those items on sale. It’s like having a personal scout that helps you catch discounts on staples like eggs, bread, or coffee.
What should I do if a reward coupon doesn’t apply at checkout?
Contact Monkey Mart’s support team through the app to report the glitch. While they may take a few days to respond, they can fix the issue and often compensate you with extra points to make up for the trouble.
Why does the app sometimes show items as out of stock on other platforms but available on Monkey Mart?
Monkey Mart focuses on smaller, independent stores that update their inventory in real time, unlike big supermarket chains that may show limited stock. This means you’ll often find fresh, affordable items like produce from local markets that larger apps miss.
How does Monkey Mart compare to larger grocery delivery apps like Instacart?
Unlike Instacart, which primarily sources from big chains, Monkey Mart specializes in connecting you with local markets, bakeries, and butchers for better prices and unique finds. It also offers pickup options and smart sale alerts, though customer support can be a bit slower since the service is free.
