MatchLive: Live Soccer Scores
Can I get live score updates for a specific team without seeing alerts for every match?
Yes, you can set up notifications for just one team, like your grandson's university squad. This way your phone won't buzz for every game, only the ones you care about.
Does the app show live scores and goal alerts in real time?
The scores do update live, and goal alerts pop up quickly on your screen. One user noted the alert on their Pixel 7 matched the crowd roar they heard on TV, so the live data is accurate.
I keep getting stuck on a full-screen video ad when I open the app. How can I close it?
Full-screen video ads can appear on launch and sometimes the close button is hidden or delayed. Try tapping the screen or looking for a small 'X' in a corner, but if it persists, consider contacting support or using an ad blocker.
Why is it so hard to find a specific league or game in the app?
The navigation can feel cluttered because menus are not clearly labeled and you may need to tap through several screens to find the right league. The developers assume you know soccer terms, so look for a search bar or favorite your team to speed things up.
How does MatchLive compare to other soccer score apps like Sofascore or Flashscore?
MatchLive offers live updates and customizable notifications, but its interface is much more cluttered with ads and confusing terms like 'xG'. Competitors like Sofascore tend to have cleaner layouts and clearer navigation, making them easier for casual fans to use.
