Haven for Cats
What features does Haven for Cats offer for tracking my cat's health?
The app includes a health log where you can photograph vet paperwork and record dates, plus set reminders for treatments like flea medication. It's a simple but effective way to keep all your cat's medical info in one place.
How does the community forum work in Haven for Cats?
The forum lets you browse and search for posts from other cat owners, with advice ranging from behavior issues to general care. While helpful threads exist, you may need to scroll past many photo-only posts to find specific answers.
How can I deal with the ads in Haven for Cats?
Banner ads appear at the bottom of the screen, and occasional full-screen video ads may pop up when switching tabs. To minimize interruptions, try to complete your tasks quickly or use the app during less distracting times.
What should I do if I can't find specific advice in the forum?
Use the search function to look for keywords related to your issue, as digging through general posts can be time-consuming. If you still can't find what you need, consider posting your own question to get direct help from the community.
How does Haven for Cats compare to paid pet apps like my old one?
Haven for Cats is completely free, unlike many pet apps that now charge monthly fees, making it a great budget-friendly option. While it offers solid health tracking and a community forum, it lacks some refinements like a notes section in the health log and has more ads than paid alternatives.
