Easy to read KJV Bible
Does the Easy to Read KJV Bible have a search function for finding specific verses?
Yes, the search is one of its best features. You can type in a phrase like 'still small' and it instantly pulls up the exact verse, such as 1 Kings 19:12, without any hassle.
Can I customize the text size and highlight verses in the app?
Absolutely. You can bump up the font size to make reading comfortable, and the highlighting tool lets you color-code verses—like blue for promises and yellow for verses you want to think more about.
The app has a banner ad at the bottom—does it interrupt reading or require payment to remove?
No, the banner ad stays at the very bottom of the screen and doesn't get in the way of your reading. The entire app is free, with no paid version needed to access features like bookmarks, notes, or audio.
What should I do if the app feels slow or crashes on my phone?
The app is designed to run smoothly, with no lag or jumps when swiping between chapters. If you do experience issues, try restarting the app or updating it—most users on newer iPhones like the 14 report a seamless experience.
How does this app compare to other Bible apps that include social features or require permissions?
Unlike many Bible apps that push social features or ask for weird permissions, this one stays simple and focused on the text. It keeps your data private, has no social bloat, and just delivers the KJV with reliable daily use.
