Decathlon Sports Shop
How does the 'Check Store Availability' feature work in the Decathlon app?
When you find an item you want, simply tap the 'Check Store Availability' button. It shows you which nearby stores have that item in stock and even tells you how many are left, saving you a wasted trip.
Does the Decathlon app have a loyalty program or discount system?
Yes, the app includes a built-in loyalty card called the Decathlon Pass. It automatically applies a small discount at checkout, so you don't need to carry a physical card or remember a membership number.
Why does the Decathlon app sometimes close or empty my cart when I leave it?
This is a known issue where the app can shut down if left idle, causing your cart to be cleared. To avoid losing items, try completing your purchase in one session or keep the app active while you step away briefly.
How can I find a specific product like walking poles if the menus are confusing?
The app uses sports terms and categories, so try searching by keyword instead of browsing menus. For example, type 'walking poles' into the search bar to skip past menus like 'Hiking' and 'Trekking Accessories'.
How does the Decathlon app compare to other sports retailers like REI or Sports Direct?
Decathlon stands out with its real-time store inventory check, which many competitors lack. However, its app navigation can feel clunky compared to REI's smoother browsing experience, and customer support response times are slower than Sports Direct's live chat.
