ConjuGato — Spanish Verbs
How does ConjuGato help me practice Spanish verb conjugation?
ConjuGato focuses on active practice by immediately prompting you to type out conjugations, like translating 'we speak' to 'hablamos'. It mixes up tenses and verbs in quick sessions to keep your brain engaged, turning study into a painless, game-like activity.
Is ConjuGato completely free, or are there hidden costs?
Yes, ConjuGato is completely free with no ads during practice and no essential features locked behind a paywall. The app is supported by optional donations, so you can use the full tool without any pressure to pay.
What should I do if I get stuck on a conjugation and the app isn't helping?
The app may simply mark answers wrong without explaining the grammar rules. If you're stuck, you'll need to look up the specific conjugation rule elsewhere, as the app currently lacks in-depth explanations for beginners.
How responsive is the developer support if I encounter a problem?
Support response can be slow and vague. One user reported a five-day wait for a reply about a minor audio glitch, which was not fully resolved. It's best to manage expectations for timely technical help.
How does ConjuGato compare to other popular language learning apps like Duolingo?
ConjuGato is a focused, no-frills tool for verb practice, unlike Duolingo's broader, game-like lessons. It's completely free with no ads, but lacks the polished graphics, sounds, and structured grammar explanations found in many competitor apps.
