Color by Number：Coloring Games
How does the color-by-number system work in this app?
You simply tap a color from the palette, then tap all sections on the image that match that number. The app has a satisfying click sound and visual effect when each section fills in, making it easy and relaxing.
Can I use this app without an internet connection?
Yes, the app has an offline mode. Once you download a picture while connected, you can color it anytime without service, which is great for commuting or traveling.
Why am I seeing so many ads, and is there a way to remove them?
The free version includes banner ads and occasional full-screen video ads that pop up when you finish a picture, which can interrupt your relaxation. You can likely remove ads through an in-app purchase, though this isn't mentioned in the review.
The default color palettes look boring—can I change them?
Yes, the app includes a custom color picker that lets you choose your own colors. For example, you can turn a basic red-and-yellow sunset into purple and pink for a more personalized look.
How does this app compare to other coloring apps like Happy Color?
Color by Number: Coloring Games offers a massive library of pictures including dragons, mandalas, and a 'For Kids' section, plus offline mode. However, it has more frequent ads than some competitors, and its default color palettes can be less inspiring.
