Baldeouj
How does the smart text parsing work in Baldeouj?
You can type a natural phrase like 'oil change saturday 10am' and Baldeouj automatically creates a task with the correct date and time set. This saves you from manually filling in fields and makes adding tasks much faster.
Can I share and sync lists with other people in real time?
Yes, shared lists update instantly for everyone. For example, if your roommate adds 'toilet paper' to a shared grocery list, you'll see it pop up on your phone immediately, eliminating the need for extra texts or calls.
I'm worried about losing data if I uninstall the app. Is my data backed up or synced?
Baldeouj stores your tasks and lists locally on your device by default, so uninstalling without manually backing up will erase your data. To be safe, check the app's settings for an export or backup option before removing it.
I accidentally deleted an important task. Can I recover it?
Baldeouj does not have a built-in trash or undo feature for deleted tasks, so once you delete something it's gone for good. To avoid losing important items, consider using the app's archive or mark-as-done feature instead of deleting.
How does Baldeouj compare to something like Todoist or TickTick?
While Todoist and TickTick offer free tiers with subscription upsells, Baldeouj is a one-time purchase of about $3 with no recurring fees. It focuses on core features like smart parsing and shared lists without the clutter, making it ideal if you want a simple, affordable tool without constant upgrade prompts.
