2026 ColorCal USPS Calendar
How does the USPS holiday highlighting work in 2026 ColorCal USPS Calendar?
The app automatically marks days when the post office is closed in a distinct blue shade on the monthly view. This makes it easy to spot federal holidays at a glance, so you won't accidentally plan a time-sensitive mailing on a day the post office is shut.
Can I color-code different types of events in this app?
Yes, you can assign custom colors to each event, like grey for classes, yellow for work shifts, and red for mailing deadlines. This visual system helps you instantly see how packed your week is and prioritize tasks like sending important documents.
I keep missing reminders for my mail deadlines. How can I make them more noticeable?
When you add a mailing event, set a reminder for the day before the deadline. The app also lets you assign a glaring red color to those events, so both the color and the buzz ensure you won't overlook a critical date.
What should I do if the app's blue USPS holiday highlighting doesn't show up on my calendar?
First, make sure you've granted the app calendar permissions on your phone. If the blue still doesn't appear, try restarting the app or checking for updates in your app store, as the holiday data may need a refresh.
How does 2026 ColorCal USPS Calendar compare to my phone's free calendar app?
Unlike a basic calendar, this app specifically highlights USPS holidays in blue and lets you color-code events like mailing deadlines in red. It also includes tailored reminders for shipping tasks, which a generic calendar won't do, making it worth the $1.99 for anyone who mails things regularly.
